Please join Santa Fe Council on International Relations “Citizen Diplomats” in celebrating our jubilant 50th Anniversary of hosting international visitors and bringing greater  knowledge of and engagement in world affairs to the community of Santa Fe.  We are planning a year-long series of exciting cultural events to honor this very special year of service and we sincerely hope you can join us at these celebrations throughout the coming year!

Bill Stewart writes a weekly column on politics and foreign affairs for the Santa Fe New Mexican.  In the 1960s, he was a U.S. Foreign Service Officer, serving in India, Washington and Vietnam.  He joined Time magazine in 1971 as a correspondent and writer.  For the next 20 years, he was Bureau Chief or correspondent in India, Japan, the Middle East (based in Beirut) and Southeast Asia (based in Hong Kong).

(1) Free-Range Chicken Breast, oven-roasted and served with mango cream, green chile chutney, chef’s-choice vegetables and roasted-garlic mashed potatoes

(2)  Pork Tenderloin, pan-seared medallions accompanied by roasted-corn black-bean salad, chef’s-choice vegetable and barbecue chipotle vinaigrette

(3) Vegetarian Tamales, steamed and served with calabacitas rancheras, black bean mash, mango salsa and roasted tomato coulis

Some parking will be available at La Fonda.  Additional alternate parking will be at the Cathedral Public Parking Lot behind La Fonda.
