When: August 8, 2009
From: 04:00 PM - 06:00 PM
Where: Hyde Memorial State Park, Group Shelter #1
about a half mile beyond mile marker 8 on Hyde Park Road, right side of the road. Car pooling is always a good idea.
It’s summer time and therefore high time for CIR members to get together for an old-fashioned outdoor potluck. No speeches. No lectures. Just enjoy being together.
You will come with your personal picnic and, if you’d like, a dish to share with others. If you bring a dish to share, please bring a serving utensil for it. CIR will provide plates, knives, forks, spoons, plastic glasses and bottled water. Please no glass bottles or ceramic serving dishes! Wood, plastic or metal only! You may bring your own adult beverages (with openers). Also, it would be a good idea to bring your outdoor folding chairs, as there is limited seating.
Please R.S.V.P. to the CIR Office: 982-4931. This is a free event, but we still need to know who is coming and how many so we can lay in an adequate supply of plates, etc.
