Tanti Luce 221 is a new restaurant featuring exquisite dining combined with a vivacious and edgy bar scene at Bar 221. The menu, designed and prepared by Chef Tom Kerpon and his staff, together with the ambience of a gorgeous and romantic 100 year old adobe, brings a touch of Greenwich Village to Santa Fe. The Tanti Luce menu is European and includes French, Spanish and Italian full entrees and additional small plates with a Santa Fe influence.
Enlightenment Guaranteed is a 2002 German film directed by Doris Dörrie about two brothers, Uwe (Uwe Ochsenknecht) and Gustav (Gustav-Peter Wöhler), who travel to Japan to sort out the mess of their lives. Their plan is to visit the Sojiji Monastery in Monzen, near Tokyo. On their way there, in a rather literal Buddhist moment, they lose all of their belongings. When they at last make it to the monastery, they find that even there, enlightenment can be elusive.
