Join us for a delightful field trip to United World College (UWC) near Las Vegas, New Mexico. The President of the college, Lisa Darling, has invited CIR members and Santa Fe students for a visit to the UWC campus. During the visit, we will:

  • Hear about the vision of the Armand Hammer Foundation that established the Montezuma Campus.
  • Learn about the International Baccalaureate degree and curriculum projects.
  • Have discussions with UWC faculty and students from countries around the world and learn about the success of UWC graduates.
  • Have a wonderful tour of one of “America’s Treasures,” the famous Montezuma Castle.

Participation is limited. We hope to take some students from Santa Fe area schools.

UWC Mission Statement: UWC makes education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future.
