This topic will review highlights of the major players’ foreign policies during the last 25 years leading to their current positions relative to today’s conflict. Dr. Dobriansky currently is a senior Fellow at Harvard’s JFK Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. From 2001to 2009 she was Under Secretary of State for
Democracy and Global Affairs in the U.S. State Dept. She is also Chair of the National Board of Directors of the World Affairs Councils of America, our council’s umbrella organization.
