Dr. Robert H. Legvold, Marshall Shulman Professor Emeritus of Political Science, Columbia University, will present the new dimensions of Russia’s relations with Europe, the US and Russia’s Near Abroad, including Russia’s “petro-arrogance” in its dealings with the Ukraine and Europe.


Dr. Legvold is a member of the Executive Committee of the Harriman Institute; his focus is on the foreign policy of Russia and former Soviet states. His books include Russian Foreign Policy in the 21st Century and the Shadow of the Past (Columbia University Press, 2007).[wpsf_product prodid=”49″]
